Street and road Maintenance

Albany needs to improve our roads and streets. At the same time, we can’t continue to add one utility fee on another. All options must be on the table. The council can play a leadership role by doing the work of crafting a detailed plan on projects and rallying partners around a proposal presented to the voters.
